Our Technical Team

The key to GLG's success is the team of people who facilitate patient care. Every person in the office plays an integral part in making sure that our patients and the referring physicians receive the best care, prompt results, and answers to their genetic questions. We are proud to offer the professional services of our staff to every person who comes into contact with Great Lakes Genetics.

All of our staff has a wealth of experience most having been with GLG for over ten years. This is apparent from the first phone call a patient makes through the conclusion of the results. Our technicians are highly trained and participate in continuing education programs.

Our dedication to patient service is reflected in that we do not have an automated telephone system, so that a "live person" answers every call.
